Vibia (Wireflow) (SPAIN)

Vibia (Wireflow) (SPAIN)

Designed by Arik Levy, Wireflow is a family of sculptural luminaires that puts a new twist on the classical chandelier. Its elegant structure allows combinations of the enhanced black electrical wires and lacquered rods to create large, visually dynamic and sculptural chandeliers. The structure draws geometrical shapes in two or three-dimensions that – in spite of their large size – offer a transparent effect.

Vibia (Set) (SPAIN)

Vibia (Set) (SPAIN)

The Set collection, designed by Xuclà, is a new concept of modular wall sconces that composes light as art onto the walls. During the day SET decorates the wall with a pattern of rectangular elements, but once illuminated it creates an unexpected juxtaposition of lights and shadows. One light is fixed in position at the base of each array. From this point, it projects onto the other elements, creating a pattern of highlights and shadows. The non-illuminating elements can be rotated at will to create various patterns.

Lightyears (Avion)- DENMARK

Lightyears (Avion)- DENMARK

The Avion is a large oval pendant created in collaboration with the design duo of Iskos-Berlin. A childhood fascination with aircraft and – in particular – the Zeppelin airships inspired Aleksej Iskos and Boris Berlin to create this fixture. The pendant is made of polyethylene and emits a soft, diffuse light. It can be suspended from a high ceiling and is ideal for illuminating large rooms, atriums, and halls. Avion can be arranged as a series of fixtures or individually.

Northern Lighting (Unplugged) NORWAY

Northern Lighting (Unplugged) NORWAY

The Unplugged series was designed to revisit the era before electricity, when interiors were illuminated by candlelight and blazing torches lit up the darkness outside. According to the designers, candlelight has a special place in Nordic interiors, where it flickers spontaneously to create a lively light source or glows softly to generate a cozy mood.

Northern Lighting (Say My Name ) Kristofer Johnsson- NORWAY

Northern Lighting (Say My Name ) Kristofer Johnsson- NORWAY

Designed by Morten & Jonas, Say My Name is a multi-functional design that can be hung from the ceiling as a pendant light or placed in an upright position as a table lamp. Each model is mouth-blown in Italy and made entirely from Venetian glass. While the glasswork hails from Venice, the design is distinctively Nordic. The designers wanted the subtle colors in the glass to reflect the hues of the Nordic night sky, the light of the fjords, and the smooth surface of calm water.

AXO (Fedora)- ITALY

AXO (Fedora)- ITALY

Russian designer Dima Loginoff was inspired by her country’s famous nesting dolls when creating the Fedora lamp collection for this Italian lighting manufacturer. With the pairing of aluminum and glass, the series consists of 5 suspended models – with 1 light, a cluster of 3, 6, and 12 lights, or 7 lights in a line – and a recessed spotlight. “Although I have been defined as ‘the least Russian designer in Russia,’ I love this shape and it seems to be in my blood,” Loginoff says. “I decided to combine old and modern. I'm a big fan of Minimalism, but sometimes I simply feel that classical forms are perfect to be redesigned and turned into a modern product. Plus, Fedora is an old and forgotten Russian name; I love it!” In the suspended versions, the diffuser consists of an aluminum part available in Metallic Bronze, Rose Gold, and clear glass. The built-in spotlight is entirely made of clear glass. The light source is LED with a GU10 fitting.

AXO (HOOPS)- ITALY

AXO (HOOPS)- ITALY

Designed by Giovanni Barbato, the Hoops series recalls celestial orbits revolving around a sun. Curved metal rods in a 24K gold-plated finish wrap around a opalescent polycarbonate diffuser equipped with integrated LED lighting. The collection offers 4 suspended and 2 ceiling-mount models. The warm LED light is dimmable and with up and downlight functions in the suspended versions.

AXO (Melting Pot)- ITALY

AXO (Melting Pot)- ITALY

Sandro Santantonio, the designer of the Melting Pot series, envisioned the series as a contemporary Tower of Babel with a variety of shapes and patterns in lampshades mingled harmoniously on one fixture. The collection includes both pendant and wall-mounted luminaires. The models are comprised of light and dark patterns on the outside with white and gold interiors. The lampshade unit is held together by elastic braces, and its framework is made of iron rods coated with self-extinguishing PVC coupled with printed fabric. The gold PVC finish on the interior of the dark version is opaque; the PVC on the light version allows light to filter through. The pendants are offered in 3 sizes, and the wall-mounted style comes in a single version with two lights
