Congratulations to Andy Schaidler, NEWH, IESNA, on his recent appointment to the new position of Hospitality Sales Manager for Detroit-based Lighting Enterprises, a manufacturer of decorative lighting and energy-saving LEDs for hotel and resort guestrooms and public spaces.
Schaidler’s responsibilities include building and managing the national independent hospitality sales team, sales, marketing, quotations, and development of new opportunities in the hospitality industry. He has served on the International Board of Directors of NEWH for many years: two years as Director/Leadership Conferences and four years as Director/Regional Tradeshows. Schaidler is currently Director/Public Relations for the nonprofit that raises scholarship grant funds for college students studying hospitality design and architecture. He is also an Associate Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America.
