Popular “Book The Block” Hotel Promotion Returns to Las Vegas Market
27 Hotels Offered for Winter Market; Lowest Rates and Chances to Win

Las Vegas Market has announced that its popular “Book the Block” hotel promotion will return for the Winter 2018 Las Vegas Market, scheduled for January 28-February 1, 2018.  Through the Las Vegas Market sponsored promotion, buyers and suppliers who book through Connections Housing (Las Vegas Market’s official housing partner) are eligible to win prizes including free stays, free upgrades, and special guest amenities at a variety of hotel price points and styles.

“The city of Las Vegas offers Market participants an ample inventory of hotel rooms – 151,000 city-wide according to Smith Travel Research – at a variety of price points,” states Dorothy Belshaw, President/Gift Leasing & Chief Marketing Officer for International Market Centers (IMC). “Las Vegas Market participants can choose from budget-friendly selections to luxury accommodations, as well as gaming or non-gaming properties – there’s something for everyone!  Our ‘Book The Block’ promotion also provides additional rewards for Market-goers with confirmed reservations.”

The Grand Prize in the Winter 2018 Market Book The Block promotion is a complimentary hotel stay for both the Winter 2018 and Summer 2018 Markets, plus complimentary airfare and airport transfers for two for the Summer Market. Other prizes include: complimentary hotel rooms for up to five nights during Market dates; upgraded rooms or suites for up to five nights during Market dates; dinner for two at a Market hotel restaurant; and show tickets for two at a Market hotel. All reservations must be made through Las Vegas Market’s official housing partner, Connections Housing, and be part of a Market block to be entered to win. Guests must utilize booked reservations to qualify and win. (Special offers have no cash value and are non-transferrable; restrictions apply.)

Las Vegas Market is working closely with a number of high-profile hotel properties to ensure that Market attendees receive the lowest rates during Market dates, with 27 official properties, including The Venetian, The Palazzo, Mandarin Oriental, ARIA, and Bellagio offering availability over the Winter Market period.  Prices range from economy rooms at $38 per night at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino to luxury units at $289 per night at The Palazzo and The Venetian. Las Vegas Market has increased its hotel shuttle fleet for Winter Market, offering free, convenient, and speedy transportation to and from the Market campus and official partner hotels.
