Legendary Nashville businesses Hermitage Lighting Gallery and Lankford Hardware & Supply Company have joined forces to provide the widest variety of specialty lighting and hardware products in central Tennessee. For more than 60 years, both companies have been staples in downtown Nashville, offering premium lighting, appliances, and specialty hardware products to designers, contractors, and architects across the state.
Hermitage Lighting Gallery will now house a Lankford division of specialty hardware and faucets at its Lafayette Street location. Betty Lankford, daughter-in-law of Lankford Hardware & Supply Company founder Samuel Lankford, has served as a hardware specialist for more than 27 years and will oversee all hardware specialty operations and sales at Lankford’s new Hermitage Lighting Gallery location. She will be joined by Donna Jalowy, a 25-year Lankford Company veteran.
“Lankford’s incredible lines of hardware complement Hermitage’s high-quality products and provide an added convenience for our customers who can now shop for their bathroom and kitchen design needs at one place,” says Jack Fleischer, CLC, president of Hermitage Lighting Gallery. “We are especially excited that Ms. Lankford, our respected friend and neighbor for decades, will join our team as her expertise in the hardware field is unparalleled.”
The showroom at Hermitage Lighting Gallery will display the hardware and plumbing collections previously displayed at Lankford’s, many which are exclusive to Hermitage Lighting Gallery, such as custom hand-chased hardware and bath fittings. Other specialty lines include Baldwin, Cifial, Hardware Renaissance, Rocky Mountain, Sun Valley Bronze, and Classic Brass.
