CERNO
Designed and made in California, the Lenis linear luminaire debuted at ICFF and represents an aesthetic deviation for the company by featuring so er lines with more pronounced curves. The design has personal meaning to the three founders, who fondly recall building a boat together as childhood friends 23 years ago in one of their Southern California backyards. The Lenis pays homage to their friendship, roots, and passion for the ocean. The team’s shared love for sur ng, sailing, and spending time at the beach inspired the structure and form of this light. The xture is constructed of precisely bent elements wrapped in form- ing fabric to resemble a boat hull, but with a subtle twist. www.cernogroup.com
