WAC

Designed to  t shallow plenums above ceilings in residential 

and light commercial se ings, the Aether IC-rated family is 
engineered with a low-pro le 3.5-inch LED shallow housing 

and has added a new color-changing option. This housing is 
ideal for installation into small ceiling spaces inside buildings 

with complex HVAC ducts and heating/water pipes that are 
located between the  oors.

Using WAC’s exclusive optional IlumenightM app, the user 
can take the space from pure Warm White to a Cool White 

color temperature, as well as red to violet and every color in 
between — all at the touch of a  nger.

A winner of a 2017 Lighting for Tomorrow Award, Aether
is ENERGY STAR-rated and wet location-listed for a variety 

of applications,   ing into ceilings with thicknesses that 
range from just .50 to 1.5 inches. The luminaire operates as a 

downlight for general illumination, a wall-wash for illuminating 

walls, and an adjustable  xture for accent lighting and 
mounting to sloped ceilings.

It operates with just 22.5 wa s and delivers up to 1,375 
lumens. The dimmable luminaire is o ered with a 15-degree 

narrow beam up to 50-degree  ood beam and color 
temperatures ranging from 2700K to 4000K with a CRI of 

up to 90. Both round and square trim models are available as 
well as trimless styles.

Adding to the ELEMENT 3- and 4-inch LED recessed 

downlight lines is the ELEMENT 2-inch LED Adjustable 

Downlight and Wall Wash that has an ultra-small 1.4-inch 
aperture and a 2.75-inch ceiling cut-out while o ering 

maximum aimability and light output up to 1,300 lumens.
Suitable for use in a .375-inch to 2-inch ceiling thickness, 

the newly developed patent-pending aiming and locking 
mechanism o ers 0 to 45-degree tilt, 361-degree rotation, 

and ELEMENT’s patented high-low lamp positioning.
The interchangeable optics are 20, 30, 40, and 60 

degrees, and the wall-wash dedicated trim o ers a wet- 
listing option. The CCT choices are 2700K, 3000K, 

3500K, or warm-color dimming (3000K down to 1800K). 
Flanged or  angeless (the la er includes the mud plate) 

versions are available that have either round, square,
and  at or beveled cast trims. A remodel version is also 

available with the same performance and trim options.
