California Has New 



Regulations for 2018

presented the updates and changes 


to California’s Title 24 and Title 20 

e ciency regulations.

ll manufacturers know by now that they 
must certify regulated products to the 

California Energy Commission (CEC)

prior to being sold or o ered for sale in the state 
UPCOMING of California (failure to do so can result in  nes

up to $2,500 per non-compliant item). Primous 
noted that back on Jan. 27, 2016 the CEC voted 

to approve signi cant changes to lighting products

As such, California has new statewide require-

State-Regulated LED lamps (SLED)
