THE SMART CENTER — NEW SEMINAR, HOSPITALITY, AND EVENT SPACE — TO OPEN AT JUNE LIGHTOVATION
Dallas Market Center (DMC) and the American Lighting Associa- tion (ALA) have announced plans
to open The SMART Center, a new 6,000-sq.- . education and activity center, at the June 20-23 edition of Lightovation (aka The Dallas Interna- tional Lighting Show), one of the largest residential lighting trade events in North America.
The SMART Center will be located in the Trade Mart (Space #4826) on the fourth oor and equipped with a semi- nar suite, lounge space, and reception area that will be open to all registered a endees, exhibitors, and guests throughout the show. The SMART
Center replaces, expands, and upgrades ALA’s previous seminar location in the World Trade Center.
Named as an acronym for Show- rooms, Manufacturers, And Reps Thrive, The SMART Center will serve as a central hub for show and association information, networking, education, and inspiration for all segments of lighting, uniting the mission of DMC and the ALA.
