Burnes Home Accents: Congratulations to Scott Bell on his appointment to design engineer for Burnes Home Accents, which includes the Recesso Lights line. He will be simultaneously serving as design engineer for sister company Top Notch Lighting Design. He has been working on the Recesso Lights line since July 2010. In the past, Scott has served as mechanical engineer at Targetti North America and was on the the design staff for Kim Lighting.
