Feiss-Monte Carlo names Keith Eichenblatt Salesman of the Year

Despite a challenging retail market in Florida, Keith Eichenblatt of the sales agency Greenway Resource earned the top honor of Salesman of the Year 2012 at Feiss Lighting. Involving more than an increase in sales volume, the award takes into account a variety of skills.  The award was announced on Wednesday, January 16, during the International Lighting Market at the Dallas Market Center.

“Keith was very creative in finding ways to do things for customers,” notes Maria Scutaro, President of Feiss. “He has a positive attitude and doesn’t get discouraged. He always finds a way to make [a challenge] work. In addition, he opened a lot of accounts in 2012.  I think he knocked on every door in Florida.”

“I keep an open mind and really listened to what has worked for other Feiss reps,” Eichenblatt says. “I’ve picked up some great ideas from them and tried to come up with some creative programs we could offer to customers.”

Eichenblatt is a big believer in networking with other reps and will be launching an online forum for the Feiss reps to communicate ideas to one another on a regular basis.
