Las Vegas Market Boasts Home Décor Growth

The Las Vegas Market has announced continued growth of its better home décor resources with more than one dozen high-profile suppliers opening or expanding showrooms for the upcoming Summer Market, held Sunday, July 27 to Thursday, July 31.

“Las Vegas Market continues to experience dramatic expansion in better home décor resources as part of our overall strategic growth plan, and the C4 showcase of fine home décor and textiles resources is nearly 100% leased,” says Dorothy Belshaw, President of Gift & Home Décor for International Market Centers. “The latest additions of new resources and expansions by existing tenants further reinforce Las Vegas Market’s position as the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States.”

Among the new suppliers debuting showrooms on the fourth floor of Building C are Bungalow 5 (a New York City-based group of architects and designers who design and produce unique and stylish home furnishings and accessories) opening a 3,017-sq.-ft. showroom and Outpost Original Inc. (a Canadian importer of African handcrafted furniture, pillows, throws, carpets, hides, lamps, and accessories) opening a 600-sq.-ft. showroom. In addition, Lowcountry Originals will relocate to a new space on C4 and expand its size by 500 sq. ft., bringing its total showroom space to 1,666 sq. ft.

Two other well-known home décor suppliers are expanding existing showrooms on C4: The Bramble Company is adding 1,642 sq. ft. for a total of 8,058 sq. ft. and Moe’s Home Collection is adding 1,641 sq. ft. to bring its total showroom size to 8,284 sq. ft. Global Views is expanding its showroom on the first floor of Building A by 2,748-sq. ft. for a total of 13,461 sq. ft.

Building C’s seventh floor also is seeing an influx of new better home décor resources for the summer market. Four newcomers for July are: Artissimo, opening a 2,543-sq.-ft. showroom; Park Hill Collection debuting a 6,597-sq.-ft. location; and Steven Shell opening a 4,774-sq.-ft. showroom. In addition, Port to Port Import/Export is relocating from World Market Center’s Building A to a new 2,760-sq.-ft. showroom on C7.

Four well-known home décor suppliers are also opening new showrooms on the fourth floor of Building B for the July Market: Amer Rugs, opening a 2,080-sq.-ft. showroom; Jene’s Collection, debuting a 1,920-sq.-ft. location; Kalaty Rugs, opening a 3,779-sq.-ft. showroom; and Donny Osmond Home, a licensing brand launched by the famed entertainer with manufacturing partners that offer a variety of home décor including lighting, accent furniture, floor coverings, and decorative accessories, opening an 1,896 sq.-ft. corporate showroom. Donny Osmond Home licensees at Las Vegas Market include A & B Home, Kas Rugs, and Bougainvillea.

Las Vegas Market has experienced dramatic growth in the gift and home décor product categories since 2013, with 550,000 square feet of expanded showrooms across all three buildings as well as the addition of new resources and categories such as specialty tabletop, lifestyle merchandise, fashion accessories, and artisanal crafts. Notable home decor brands among the 900 new suppliers added in the last year include: Alinea, Andrew Martin/Cisco Brothers, The Bramble Company, Curations Limited, Gabby, Glassisimo, Jamie Dietrich, Jamie Young Company, Karen Robertson Collection, Luna Bella, Moe’s Home Collection, Natural Curiosities, Oly Studio, Roberta Schilling, TerraSur, Visual Comfort, Wildcat Territory, and many more.
