The cove and floating ceiling are designed to conceal IO Line .75 LED striplights viewed at shallow angles from great distances, and to eliminate harsh shadows.
Display cases are illuminated with LED pucklights, with LED light panels in feature compartments. IO Line .75 striplights were chosen for their varied light outputs and for precise beam control. Cove lighting was carefully placed to ensure even illumination of the back walls and feathered lighting projected into rooms.
Light sources were tested to ensure color uniformity between IR MR 16, CFL, and LED sources. IO Line .75 medium-output LED strips provide indirect light, IRiS 32-watt CFL downlights offer general lighting and LED light panels supply undercabinet illumination together with task and indirect lighting from the custom range hood.
